Get Your Greens Smoothie

Ingredients:

  • 1 1/2 cup unsweetened plain almondmilk, soymilk, lowfat milk

  • 1  cup packed baby spinach

  • 1  cup frozen cherries or berries

Method:

Combine all ingredients in a blender and purée until smooth. Pour into glasses and serve.
